reporting and processing applications of the Trust and Institutional
Services division. Our service teams are uniquely structured to meet the needs
of our individual and institutional client base, while concurrently servicing
the operating and technical requirements of our investment advisory, consultant,

Improved distribution, timely access to account information &
on-line processing are critical to the growing needs of our client base. To that
end, Investors Bank is pleased to introduce Benefit Payments,
INVESTPort, INVESTBridge, INVESTCaps and a
link to ISS Global Proxy.
- Benefit Payments: Allows human resource professionals and third party administrators on-line access to manage the benefit disbursement process with real-time access to payee and recipient account information. Customer reports can be requested on-line and downloaded as required.
- INVESTPort - allows Investment Managers,
private clients and other customers to access real time information for their

Please note that effective Tuesday 2/17/04, client access to InvestPort has
changed to a more streamlined, secure digital certificate authentication. Please

- Online Statements - gives investment advisors a
valuable customer service tool by offering immediate access to their clients'
statements 24 hours a day. You can search, retrieve, download or print
statements as needed.
- INVESTBridge - bridges our large
Institutional Customers and Investment Managers to trade input functions and
extracts of information including position and transaction
activity.

Clients and Investment Managers to view and vote their voluntary corporate
actions in real-time.
- ISS GlobalProxy - access to VoteX, an Institutional Shareholder Services, Inc. (ISS) product for conveniently voting on global proxy ballots and accessing voting details.
